先是閥門粘結(jié)磨損產(chǎn)生磨粒,此磨粒硬度強(qiáng)度都較基體金屬高,被壓入軟面而劃傷硬面,同時(shí),硬磨粒在軟面內(nèi)被硬面凸峰推擠而有移動(dòng)從而犁傷軟面。在磨擦面分開后,磨?？赡芘懦?但也可能仍然存在于軟面上再次磨擦?xí)r又將劃傷硬面并在軟面上犁出更深更長的深溝,直至硬粒前方的軟面抵抗不住硬粒的移動(dòng)力而被剪切,軟面上形成了條狀溝槽,硬面上形成了劃傷痕跡。
